At Maria Nila, we want you to love your 100% vegan and CO2 compensated hair care products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package the Products

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
